Bookings & Cancellations

All bookings must be confirmed in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service

Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in a £10 cancellation fee.

Services Included

Standard services during each sit or walk include: feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, and administering medication if required.

These services are included in the cost of the booking.

Additional Services

Any additional services requested during the original service or outside of the standard care (e.g., extra visits, grooming, or special tasks) will incur a £5 fee per service.

Responsibility & Care

Pets will be cared for with the highest level of attention, safety, and respect.

Owners must provide accurate information about their pet’s needs, health, and behavior.

The business is not liable for any pre-existing medical conditions or unforeseen health issues during the sit/walk.

Payment

costs of services will be discussed and agreed upon beforehand.

Payment is due at the time of booking or as agreed prior to the service.

Fees for cancellations or additional services will be added to the final invoice.
